Advanced Training for Medical Technicians

Passing on knowledge to customers – This is one of PENTAX's core tasks. In order to expand our range of services and to further establish PENTAX as a partner, a new training and education programme has been created as part of the PENTAX Campus: medical technician training courses.

Our new courses qualify medical technicians and medical technology management service providers in hospitals to prevent damage to endoscopes and instruments and to rectify minor faults.

A one-day basic training course and advanced training courses with defined contents are on offer.

Training course contents:

• Function and construction of endoscopes
• Function and construction of processors and light sources
• Damage and its implications, causes and prevention
• Assessment of damage
• Evaluation of cost estimates
• Servicing endoscopes
• Training on devices
• Performance of small repairs to rectify faults

The contents of the training courses can also be tailored to your individual requirements.
