Cleaning and disinfection

The cleaning and disinfection agents for manual and machine reprocessing of endoscopes stated below were tested by PENTAX with regard to their material compatibility with PENTAX endoscopes. Regarding microbiological efficacy please contact the relevant manufacturer.

Users must strictly follow the manufacturers‘ instructions of these agents with respect to the concentration and immersion times of the agents used. In case the manufacturer changes the formulation or the concentration of a product, this declaration of compatibility will no longer be valid.

In case you intend to use an agent not mentioned on this list, we recommend that you ask the manufacturer of the product for a confirmation of the product’s material compatibility with PENTAX endoscopes.
