Courier collection service

90 per cent of our customers already use the convenient PENTAX collection service for their endoscopes. Whether the device is being sent in for servicing or is merely on loan, the endoscopes are despatched using the fast overnight courier service to make sure that it arrives at PENTAX or back at your premises by 12 noon the next day. In very urgent cases, our field force technicians and suppliers can also of course provide the required instrument earlier.

Please use your PENTAX case to ensure safe transport of your endoscope. This will be collected and subsequently returned to you by courier. Please arrange a collection time with your Service centre. Our team will be pleased to advise you on all the details – from submitting an estimate for the repair through to the collection and delivery times for the instrument concerned.
